Good Fork Catering Company is a business I had always wanted to create. As a former product demonstrator for Vitamix and, a culinary specialist for retailer Williams Sonoma, it was then that I had decided to give the chef world a chance. I possess a deep commitment to customer service and I understand the importance of personally connecting with my customer so that together, we are creating engaging experiences that empower and inspire cooking miracles in any setting, while having fun too! I love creating and experimenting with recipes, and adding my personal spin on culinary classics and recreating dishes of my childhood. Bits and pieces from the fridge and a few pantry staples and "BAM"...a plated masterpiece!
