When we speak of pasta, the image that comes to mind is, most often, the Italian tradition of spaghetti with a flavorful tomato sauce and ginormous, meatballs. My “Pasta Party” events feature the Italian pasta making, using egg-based dough and water-based dough ribbon and shaped pasta like pappardelle, fettuccine, cavatelli, agnolotti, and ravioli. In this class, you and your guests will prepare four kinds of pasta. One will be enjoyed at the pasty, with the others packed to-go!
